and $ 58 per square foot for Garages for the West Coast & parts of
Mid-America.

Our Earth Sheltered [ Home Portions ] are now $ 60 per square foot
and $ 53 per square foot for Garages for the rest of USA, except Alaska.

Our Earth Sheltered [ Home Portions ] are now $ 70 per square foot
and $ 65 per square foot for Garages for Canada & Alaska.
Travel expenses for Crew is $ 5,000 for Alaska & Canada Homes & Projects.

Construction costs are based on a prepared site.

Our Lifetime Warranty. Although we have NEVER had a leak in
Our Earth Sheltered or Earthlog Homes.
Earthlog will repair any leaks that occur in the Lifetime of the
Original Purchaser's]. Transferable to your Heirs or a Buyer of your
home for a nominal fee. This Warranty is written into your Purchase Contract.
