Requirements of a Dealer of Earthlog's Earth Sheltered Homes Updated 10.06.2011
Becoming a Dealer of Earthlog's Earth Sheltered Homes means that you are
embracing the Future, why not instead, help shape the Future.
Our Dealership Program has been totally Redesigned :
You must build at least a 900 square foot Model or a 771 square foot Model if it is a
2,100 Series Earth Sheltered Home within 12 Months of becoming an Authorized
Dealer !
You can have a Dealership for Both styles of Earth Sheltered Homes that we offer,
but you will have to have a Model for each to show as they are different and you will
be required to pay the fees mentioned below x 2 to be a Dealer of Both Styles.
You must show the Model[s] by appoint only as a minimum!
You may hold Open Houses, Operate a Booth at a Home Show if you wish to steer
more potential Clients to your Model[s] for appointments to view your Home[s] by
appointment.
Earthlog Supplies you with Business Cards.
[ Create your Business Name Soon ] We can help you.
Earthlog Supplies you templates of other Forms for Creation locally by you.
Earthlog Organizes Press Releases, story material. TV & local news crews filming the
creation of Your Home.
Earthlog advertises in your area for 6 Months.We Co-op for additional advertising.

For an estimate of your Costs to become a Exclusive Dealer of
Earthlog Equity Group's Earth Sheltered Homes.
Dealership cost will be determined by population in area desired by you. Divide the
population in the area you desire by 400, that breaks down to 4 people per 1 cent USD.
Developers can Choose to also Develop Real Estate using Our Homes, you can receive
your commission rate as a Discount.
Owning a Home that you can show, that you can actually Earn Income from by
showing your Home to Clients that want to buy the type of Homes or Commercial
Structures you Offer can Earn added Income.
The over all amount you can make will depend on your drive and intent on succeeding.
We are here for you to answer any questions and if necessary you can hand the client
over to us, that will in no way make you lose the commission due for a successful sale.
Although we are Independent, we are a Team... Potential Dealers of Homes from
Earthlog Equity Group ® are in Business for themselves.
That is, they are Independent Business people and do Not work for any Earthlog
Companies.
They must maintain their own Business and Financial Records.
Ideal candidates must be authorized in writing of their approval and acceptance to be
an Authorized Dealer of Earthlog Equity Group ® before they can show their Homes
and Commercial Structures.
If they are Authorized Dealers, that privilege can be revoked at anytime based on
the decision of Management of Earthlog Equity Group ®.
Dealers Must refer the clients to us , if they are asking questions you can not answer
and for us to complete the Sale.
That will not affect payment of your commission in any way if a sale occurs.
All sales of Homes MUST be approved and the order accepted by Earthlog Equity
Group's President or the Chairman of Earthlog Equity Group ®
Commission to Dealers for selling Earth Sheltered Homes or Earth Sheltered Portions
of Earthlog Homes or Earth Sheltered Portions of our Future Homes or the 2,100
Series is $ 3 a sq. ft.
Example, On a home they sell that has around 2,000 sq feet that would be a $ 6,000
Commission.
Authorized Dealer shall receive $ 3.00 per sq. ft. for Homes 2,500 sq ft or less.
Authorized Dealer shall receive $ 2.00 per sq. ft. for square footage amounts over
2,500 sq. ft. and all Commercial Structures.
In the event that a Home or Commercial Structure is shown by more than one {1}
Dealer because the Client visited several Dealers Model Homes and was registered by
several Dealers, then amount paid will be divided equally between said such Dealers.
It is Earthlog's intentions to provide you with the Educational Material and Sales
Materials that will help you.
You will have made a sound investment in your New Home, not much more
investment money wise and the investment of time and energy to help make your
overall investment pay off.
You may start slow in the beginning, promoting the fact that you now are in business
for yourself as a New Business Identity or a current existing Company that has just
added our Homes as another product to promote and sell.
But as your Model home is being built, as the press and local media is contacted,
interest will swell and you will have a ready supply of interested parties.
Advertising added will give you more leads to turn into Clients.
One or two of the first people you greet will come back and be your first serious client
or clients.
They will say that they are glad you are here, they have been interested in this type
of homes for years, but could not find a Model close enough for them to visit.
They are going to be glad they met you.
Interested Parties will send Fee as a Bank Wire and Request to be Dealer along with
other info necessary to Earthlog Equity Group ® to Our Main Office Mailing address :
